Americans who are determined to fight the ongoing war with their waistlines amidst a sea of junk food, high-calorie soft drinks and an increasingly frenetic lifestyle have a myriad of choices when it comes to getting in shape. One of the relative newcomers on the fitness scene is a regimen known as CrossFit. Since developing the Crossfit concept and opening his first gym in 2000, California-trainer Greg Glassman has seen more than 4,000 gyms across the country adopt the CrossFit concept. Check out some of the best in the Tampa Bay area.
