Ian Rapoport from NFL Network joined us for his weekly hit as he does every Wednesday at 4:20pm.

Rapoport said that the NFL’s reactions to Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson was real outrage to him and not just a social media movement. With the photos of Peterson’s son coming out, Rapoport said he doesn’t know how he can play.

Ray McDonald of the 49ers, to Rapoport’s knowledge, hasn’t been charged so his case is a little different than Greg Hardy’s. Hardy was found guilty and Rapoport doesn’t think Hardy will be playing for the Panthers any time soon.

Gerald McCoy was listed as questionable for Thursday’s game against the Falcons. Rapoport said that the key is how he can play with a cast. Hand fighting is a huge part of playing defensive line. Rapoport’s gut tells him McCoy will play.
