Bilas said he would like to see the NCAA lift it’s cartel-like restrictions on players and the money that they can make while playing. Finally Bilas said he’s tired of the excuse that paying players will open Pandora’s box. To him, that box was opened when the NCAA became a multi-billion dollar industry.
