The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today the signings of guard Roger Allen, guard Howard Barbieri and linebacker Dom DeCicco.

Allen (6-3, 325), returns to the Buccaneers after having spent last season with the team, playing in four games.

Barbieri (6-5, 300), joins the team after spending the 2012 offseason with the Baltimore Ravens. A Rutgers graduate, Barbieri originally entered the league with the Houston Texans as a college free agent in 2011.

DeCicco (6-4, 230), comes to Tampa Bay from the Chicago Bears, where he spent the past two seasons. He has played in 20 games, recording 12 tackles and 17 special teams tackles. DeCicco entered the league as a college free agent with the Bears in 2011. He was a two-time all-Big East selection at the University of Pittsburgh, where he played collegiately.

In addition, the team activated punter Michael Koenen from the Active/Non-Football Injury list.

The team also waived cornerback Mason Robinson, tackle Brice Schwab and T Jason Weaver.
