Moments after picking up his 13th win of the season against the Twins and being added to the AL All-Star roster, for the first time in his career Rays pitcher Matt Moore joined Booger and Rich.

Moore said he wasn’t mad that he wasn’t selected to the All-Star team when the rosters were first announced but is excited to head up to New York and represent the American League.

Moore also said that this season he’s been able to avoid those big innings and has given his offense a chance to win games.

Today against the Twins, Moore had a no-hitter going into the 6th inning and said he actually started the day with a bad bullpen session. Luckily, Moore said that he figured it out moments before he got out on the mound.
