Casanova’s Blast Friday is Clearwater’s jubilant monthly street festival on Cleveland Street, located right outside the front doors of the historic Capitol Theatre. The event showcases concerts by legendary artists from classic rock to country music. The shows are free and managed by Ruth Eckerd Hall. Happening on the last Friday of every month, food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages are available to purchase. Restaurants on Cleveland Street will be open for business including outdoor dinning.

Tomorrow, February 24th,  Pablo Cruise will be entertaining Blast Friday music enthusiasts with an array of their greatest hits. Pablo Cruise produced a string of top 40 hits between 1977 and 1981 including, Whatcha Gonna To Do, Love Will Find A Way, Don’t Want To Live Without It, I Want You Tonight, and Cool Love. The group will also be opening for The Doobie Brothers at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater on February 26, 2012.  Additionally, upcoming Casanova’s Blast Friday concerts include Rick Derringer March 30, 2012, Firefall April 27, 2012 and The Edgar Winter Band on May 25, 2012.

Be sure to get there early and check out the games, prizes and vendors before the show. If you are looking please your palate or grab a cold beverage before the show, check out one of these satisfying establishments.
