Are looking for fun activities to do with the kids this weekend and have no idea what’s going on? Don’t panic we’ve got you covered. Here are our top 6 suggestions for a fun-filled weekend with the kids.

6. Pier 60 sunset and movie
On Friday and Saturday night after the Clearwater Beach sunset celebration there will be a free holiday movie. Bring a blanket or low sitting chair and watch the movie on the jumbo screen. Popcorn and soft drinks will be available. Friday, Dec. 9 – Scroogie – G-rated and Saturday, Dec. 10 – National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation – PG-13. All movies start around sunset (5:30).

5. Old-Fashion Christmas and Parade in Dunedin 
Holiday Parade starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 10. A old-fashion festival will begin after the parade and Santa’s arrival and continue with snow flurries, holiday music, carriage rides, visits with Santa and other children’s activities. Parade will be on Main Street. Time: 4 – 9 p.m.

4. Nights of Shimmering Lights
This the best holiday light show in Tampa Bay and it’s at the Florida State fairgrounds.This incredible holiday light show can be seen from the comfort of you own car as you drive though 500,000 lights twinkling and shimmering to the beat of holiday music you listen to on your own car stereo. Open Thursday – Sunday starting at sunset. The cost is $20 a car load.

3. St. Pete Holiday Boat Parade
A lighted boat parade begins at 6:30 p.m. Grandstand seating at Spa Beach is $10. The Spa Beach has a chili cook-off, food and drinks, live music, from noon to 10 p.m.; $5 for adults and $12 ages 12 and under.

2. Lowry Park’s Wild Wonderland
Wild Wonderland is jam-packed with a million sparkling holiday lights, live reindeer, penguins and you can even visit with Santa.
Admission: $13 adults, $11 children. 6:30 – 10 p.m.

1. “Yo Gabba Gabba!” Live
A live DJ and colorful characters from the Nickelodeon children’s show “Yo Gabba Gabba!”are at the Mahaffey Theater Friday. Two shows: 3 and 6 p.m. Tickets: $25
