The 2014 Florida State Fair in Tampa swings into high gear on Thursday, Feb. 6 and runs through the 17th.

The fair can get expensive with admission, rides, games and food but there is away you can save money before you even set foot on the midway. Advance purchase fair tickets and armbands are the best way to save money on this year’s trip to the Florida State fair.

 

Advance Ticket Prices

$9 for adults

$5 for children ages 6 to 11

Children aged 5 ad under are free

$7  for seniors (select senior days only)

Ride armbands are $25 in advance

FOUR WAYS TO BUY ADVANCE TICKETS

1.  Online until February 5 at www.floridastatefair.com.

2.  At Walgreens stores (discounts through Feb. 5)

3.  Any AAA of Florida locations

4. At Florida State Fairgrounds Box Office (discounts through Feb. 5)

Regular Admission Without Advance Discounts

Monday – Friday Adults & Seniors: Age 12 & Over $10 | Children: Age 6-11 $5 | Ages 5 & Under FREE

Saturday – Sunday Adults & Senior: Age 12 & Over $12  Children Age 6-11 $6  Ages 5 & Under FREE
