You don’t have to be of Latino descent to enjoy Cinco de Mayo festivities. This three-day event takes place from May 3 through 5. You can purchase either a one-day ticket or a three-day, all-access pass that allows you into all participating bars. Tampa’s hottest bars will offer cold drinks at discounted rates to bar crawl ticket holders.

Here’s a pub crawl that will shiver yer timbers, matey! This two-hour, historical walking pub crawl takes you through the brick-laid streets of Dunedin as tour guides — that is, Captain Franklin Curr and his crew — share ghost tales, pirate lore and the true history of the Tampa Bay area and the pirates that lived there. Pirate Pub Crawls take place every Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m., Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Fridays at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Only $35 gets you an all-inclusive ticket that will get you a beverage of your choice at each pub stop. 3rd Annual Derby Day Pub Crawl

This pub crawl brings the Kentucky Derby to Tampa Bay in a way that makes even Kentuckians jealous. This four-hour event takes place on May 4 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and costs $10 with advance registration or $15 at the door. The ticket price includes four complimentary beverages, either Miller Lite or Bacardi cocktails, and will include at least four South Howard venues. In addition to the complimentary drinks, participants will get exclusive discounted drink specials. Don’t forget to dress up in your Derby Day attire — there will also be a contest to crown the “Pub Crawl Hero” and win two free tickets to the next Tampa Pub Crawl event.

Beginning with the PCI Beach Bar, formerly known as The Swigwam, and ending with the Don Cesar pool bar, there are 11 different venues to choose from to enjoy your drinks right on the beach. With a wide variety of entertainment, you can pick and choose your way through the Miracle Mile to get the most out of your crawl. If you are a sports nut, Jimmy B’s and Ricky T’s offer high-definition TVs to enjoy the game. If you are a live music enthusiast, Harry’s Beach Bar, Flipper’s Beach Bar and PCI Beach Bar feature live local musicians and bands. If you’re not into the party scene and just want to relax on the beach, try a crawl through The Sandbar, Alden, Flying Bridge or the Don Cesar pool bar.
