If you’re looking to go in-line skating through the park, but don’t which one would be your best bet, then this list of the best skate parks around Tampa should be a big help.

USA’s Skate Plex not only offers open skating, but adult fitness skate times and skate classes. Between Monday and Sunday USA’s Skateplex hosts a vareity of themed events, such as Home School Skate ($3), $1 Skate Night (plus $2 rentals), Family Night Skate ($6), and more. They also offer coupons and discounts on their websites, like two for one admission.

The Skate Park of Tampa (or the SPoT) is the premiere skate park in Tampa and it offers a variety of courses for skaters of all levels. There are also skate camp sessions held several times a year.

The City of Tampa has skate areas just for skaters and BMXers at three neighborhood parks. Two of these parks, Desoto Park and Perry Harvey Sr. Park, are non-supervised. The third park, New Tampa Community Park, is supervised, has two bowls, pyramids, stairs, grind rails, and more. A day pass for New Tampa Community Park’s skate park costs $7, while a two-hour session runs at $4, and is for skateboarders only. The Desoto Park (for skateboarders and inline skaters) and Perry Harvey Sr. Park are free (skateboarders and BMXers welcome).
