Deciding where to have a graduation party can be a daunting task. Many people have a small gathering at their home, while others prefer to rent a facility somewhere away from the home. When deciding where to have the graduation party, consider the price, the venue, the food and the graduate’s preferences before making the final decision on where to hold the bash. These venues all make great options.

State parks make great places to hold graduation parties. The attendees can go hiking, geo-seeking, fishing or just hang out at one of the pavilions at the park. The costs for reserving a pavilion vary by the park you go to. The fee for a pavilion at Hillsborough State Park ranges between $50 and $85 dollars. Many state parks also have recreation halls that can be rented out. But the amount of fun that can be had at a state park is largely dependent upon good weather.
