This mobile restaurant has incredible sweet Kansas City BBQ pulled pork that will make you want to stuff yourself silly. The pulled pork is juicy and smoked the right way with magical rubs in state of the art smokers by Green Mountain Grills. Everything from the pull pork and baked beans , to the corn casserole and mac n’ cheese - is homemade that day by the owner and his wife. Hours: M – F 10:30 am – 3:00 pm. They appear at many different locations around the bay area – so check their Facebook often for their schedule. Their meal portions are large.
Mobile Munchiez travels around the Tampa Bay area to serve up home-made culinary creations. With over 30 years of catering experience, Mobile Munchiez has developed an Italian-American-Latin fusion of cuisine. If you stop by for a snack, you can expect to see Italian quesadillas, chorizo rice balls, chicken alfredo chimichangas, yuca fries and more. The food is made from fresh, local ingredients and will never see the inside of a microwave. For under $10, you can have a unique made-from-scratch meal.

The Wicked ‘Wiches truck usually hangs around the MacDill Air Force base, but has also been spotted at various events and food truck rallies, particularly in the downtown Tampa area. Sandwiches are the specialty here, with a menu that includes the prime rib, Arezzo chicken and pineapple express. The most unique and popular creation is the Cuban Philly, an interesting blend of Cuban sandwich and Philly cheesesteak that combines pulled pork, steak, caramelized onions, pickles and Swiss cheese. In addition to sandwiches, the menu also includes salads, rice bowls and cookies.

Dottie is the bus that spreads the love of gourmet desserts from its home store, Unforgettable Cupcakes & More. Dottie has been spotted at numerous food truck rallies, but can also be seen rumbling around Tampa and catering parties. There are dozens of flavors to choose from, including minty mocha, cinnamon explosion, chocolate covered pretzel and maple bacon. In addition to cupcakes, Dottie also carries gourmet pretzel rods and marshmallow pops. Pretzels and marshmallows are either dipped in or drizzled with gooey stuff like white chocolate, caramel or peanut butter, then sprinkled with toppings such as mini M&Ms, coconut flakes or sprinkles.

Taco Bus started out as a single food truck serving authentic Mexican food that became so popular it now operates three trucks — two in Tampa and one in St. Petersburg — with a real restaurant opening in June. One of the reasons Taco Bus is so wildly popular is its commitment to high-quality vegan and vegetarian food. House-cooked (or bus-cooked) vegetarian and vegan foods are made without the use of lard, broth, meat or dairy products. In addition, all fruits and vegetables are fresh and raw, never canned or frozen. In addition to vegetarian and vegan menu items, you can also order a filling of grilled steak, shredded beef or pork, seasoned chicken, shrimp or fish.

Fire Monkey Food Truck is one of the few food trucks that travels around the Pinellas area. The menu is constantly changing, depending on the availability of fresh, local ingredients and the creative whims of the the Fire Monkey chefs, but one thing is always on the menu: Gorilla Balls. Gorilla Balls are balls of mushroom risotto stuffed with beef and blue cheese, then deep fried to crispy perfection.
