One of the best wine bars in Tampa, Taps Wine and Beer has more than 250 varieties of beer. The goal of Taps is simple — to teach its customers about its selection of craft beers so that they can better understand and enjoy them. From American craft beers to European craft brews, Taps has it all. Taps also has a selection of gluten-free and organic beers like Sam Smith’s Organic Lager.
