Authorities with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office arrested a local man after he taped himself beating a young girl for over 40 minutes. The victim, who is the daughter of his now ex-girlfriend, told police about the video, which shows him whipping her while Robin Thicke’s controversial hit song “Blurred Lines” plays in the background.
