The Jacksonville Jaguars upset the Tennessee Titans over the weekend and it left the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the lone remaining NFL team without a win. Stepping out on their home field on Monday night, the Bucs came out with purpose, almost blew it, but did just enough to put a 1 in the win column.
