Egyptian food is so yummy and super easy to make vegan! I reeembmr having some amazing koshari when I was there a few years ago. I have been meaning to try making it myself but never got around to it.

  2. Daniela says:

Thanks for the tifirrec description of Egyptian vegan foods. Everything sounds so good. I’ve had ful in a Lebanese restaurant and it’s one of my favorite dishes. The stuffed zucchini is cool ? too bad we can’t buy them hollowed out here!

  3. Mailson says:

Wow! what a finacating post. Thanks for sharing. Egypt looks like nothing I’ve ever experienced funny, I’m saying that when all I’ve seen is the food but for me what else is there?! 😉 Very interesting about the couch surfing too. Was it just one in total or one VEGAN couch offerer? I’d love to go to Eygpt. Did you find it safe in the present political climate?I’ve got to get over my obsession with visiting America and explore! Thanks Jill & John

  4. Abdo says:
