Ohio passed an anti-abortion law that bans a woman from getting an abortion after 6 weeks.

The issue many are bringing up is most women don’t know they’re pregnant until it has been at least four weeks. You can’t even set your first appointment until the 8th week. The Ohio bill would also ban rape and incest victims from abortion.

If signed into law by governor John Katich, the bill could offer eager conservative activists their greatest opportunity in years to overturn the controversial 1973 Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade that guaranteed a woman’s “right to choose.” Read more
