When A Church Song Goes Viral #UNameItChallenge

The best thing about the internet is when things go viral. We don’t know who is responsible for it but it just happens. Whether it is sipping tea with Kermit the frog or Joe Biden, people will meme it, especially if it’s funny. If you thought that a church song would be exempt, you were wrong. The latest viral video that is putting everyone in the holiday spirit is the “You name it Challenge.” You almost wouldn’t believe that it all started from a old gospel song, but it did and now and it has turned in to the Thanksgiving anthem.

Only the internet can take this church song and remix it to this:

The video clip making viral rounds on social media is an excerpt from a live performance of “Hold My Mule.” The legendary gospel sermon has been edited to revolve around Caesar’s chant, “beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes,” in response to the question, “Grandma, what are you cooking for Thanksgiving?” This will put anyone in the holiday mood this season.
