We have our new President and now it is time to figure out what the next four years will be like. Let’s take a look at some of the plans President Elect Trump has for his first 100 days in office.
On the campaign trail in Gettysburg, Pa, Trump actually laid out his plan as to what he wants to do in his first few months as the President of the United States. It hits various points of focus from cleaning up Washington, protecting American workers and repealing a few laws. We all know that candidates always have good intentions but they do need the full senate backing their plans. Here are a few of the things Mr. Trump would like to do.
A hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health).
Cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America’s water and environmental infrastructure.
School Choice And Education Opportunity Act and the Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act.
We will not mention that he still wants to build that wall but you can check out the full story on NPR. Read more
