Justin Timberlake Kinda Broke the Law in Tennessee

When you’re willing to fly all the way to Memphis to tally your early vote, you know its serious.

Although he lives in LA, Justin Timberlake has property and is still registered to vote in the state of Tennessee.  Can you imagine going in to vote and see a superstar in the booth right next to you? Don’t be so quick to post a selfie though, because apparently in the state of Tennessee, that is illegal. After taking a selfie, Timberlake posted the message: “Hey! You! Yeah, YOU! I just flew from LA to Memphis to #rockthevote !!! No excuses, my good people!,” The singer/actor wrote in his post, “There could be early voting in your town too. If not, November 8th! Choose to have a voice!”

Apparently in the state of Tennessee they allow people to use their phones at polling stations for informational purposes only, but prohibits taking photos or video. It seems to be one of those laws they forgot to remove because there is no way taking a picture will harm your vote. Read More.
