I spend a lot of time in my car and have somehow racked up over 20,000 miles in about a year. Much of that time is spent sitting in traffic and I like to listen to Pandora and Internet radio stations. Those hours of Internet radio listening add up quickly and it shows on my data plan. It’s really easy to go over the limit and suddenly, my bill is almost twice what it should be. Like most new Chevrolets, my 2015 SS came with On-Star which means it also has 4G LTE built right in to the car, but it was a little pricey so when the free trial was over, I never thought about it again. Now the price to get wireless Internet directly from the car has been cut in half, so I immediately bought it for my car. I’m sick of my cellphone bill being insane because a certain child of mine keeps exceeding her data limit. Now, when we’re in the car, she and her friends are free to hook their phone’s, laptop’s and iPad’s to the car’s 4G LTE Internet. If you see me in traffic, feel free to steal my Internet… if you can keep up with me, of course. The username is TheBanksSS and the password is 123456.
You can get 1GB a month for only $10, 4GB a month for $20, 10GB a month for $40 or, if you like to buy in bulk, you can get 20GB that you have a year to use for only $150. You can CLICK HERE to see AT&T plan and get yourself signed up. Potential problem: if the kids have used all of the data on the phone plan, they’re going to want to go everywhere with you.
