Porsche 911 GT3 Goes Swimming

I try not to get nervous when I drop my car off at the dealer for routine service and yet, I always do. While everyone else waiting on their car are pacified in a waiting room with comfy leather chairs, free wi-fi and flat screen TV’s, I could care less about checking my Facebook or catching a quick nap. I need to make sure my baby is going to be okay. Yes, I’m that annoying customer who goes outside to just “take a look” at my car while it’s up in the air, make some friendly chit-chat with the tech and maybe bring him a cold drink or a hot dog from the car show happening in the front of the dealership. I seem harmless enough but what I’m really doing is making sure that no one puts transmission fluid in my engine, checking that they don’t do a courtesy wash of my already clean car with dirty rags and insuring that they don’t rotate my tires, which are larger in the rear than they are in the front.

I know I’m annoying and I don’t care because look at what happened to this limited edition and priceless Porsche GT3 while it was at the dealership getting a couple of stripes added to it.
