Man Arrested For Groping Taco Bell Employee Though Drive-Thru Window

BRADENTON, Fla. (CBS Tampa) – A Bradenton man was arrested after reached inside a drive-thru window and groped a female Taco Bell employee, reports WWSB-TV.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Philip Guerrero ordered food around 2 a.m. Saturday, then drove to the pick-up window.

He then “exited from his vehicle and reached inside of the window and grabbed the victim’s left butt cheek,” says the arrest report.

The Taco Bell worker called police, who charged Guerrero with simple battery.

He was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on the misdemeanor charge next month.
