Cops: Stripper Mom Of Missing Girl Hangs Up On Deputy Because She Had To ‘Get On Stage’

HUDSON, Fla. (CBS Tampa) — A stripper is accused of hanging up on authorities because she had to “get on stage” as a deputy was trying to find the woman’s missing daughter.

WTSP-TV reports that the grandmother of Bobbey Jo Boucher called the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office to report that Boucher’s 10-year-old daughter did not return home after they went to a barbeque restaurant last Wednesday.

A deputy called Boucher, who works at Calendar Girls strip club, to inform her that she was the last person to see the young girl. Boucher reportedly told the deputy “I have to get on stage” and hung up on him while he was trying to gather information on the missing girl, according to WTSP.

The girl was found unharmed Wednesday evening. The sheriff’s office report states that Boucher left her daughter at the restaurant so she could go strip.

Boucher was arrested at the strip club and charged with resisting an officer and obstruction.

Boucher claims she did not hang up on the deputy, but transferred to another call, WTSP reports.

WTVT reports that Boucher posted bond and was released.
