After an incredibly busy offseason that saw them change coaches, bring in several new players via the draft and free agency, and hire a new general manager, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have finally come together for training camp. New GM Jason Licht took time out of his schedule to call in and chat with Justin Pawlowski on Fan Interference, and they had plenty to talk about.
