After an incredibly busy offseason that saw them change coaches, bring in several new players via the draft and free agency, and hire a new general manager, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have finally come together for training camp. New GM Jason Licht took time out of his schedule to call in and chat with Justin Pawlowski on Fan Interference, and they had plenty to talk about.

Click below to listen as Licht told Justin about how he and Lovie Smith wanted the team to get more athletic, Carl Nicks’s status, competition at the offensive guard position, how excited they are to have safeties like Dashon Goldson and Mark Barron, the depth behind Gerald McCoy, Licht’s climb through the NFL personnel ranks, the importance they place on special teams, and Josh McCown being the starter under center.
