Every year, the Scripps National Spelling Bee brings fans drama, and plenty of unintentional comedy. Kids from across the country show off their ability to spell words that 99% of the world will never need to use in their lives.

Well, this year, a young man named Jacob was given a word that he said that he KNEW the moment he heard it. Well, unfortunately for Jacob, he didn’t know as much as he thought he did. Now, we don’t mean to poke fun at the poor kid, but when you have such confidence like him and don’t perform, you hope that one day Jacob can look back on this and smile.
