(POLL) Who Does The Rays Problem Rest On Most

As it stands right now, the Tampa Bay Rays are 19-26 and show no signs of coming out of their funk. The strengths of this team in the past, starting pitching, timely hitting, and free agent bullpen arms, have all been issues for the Rays thus far. In a year where the team was not only suppose to contender for a title, but many felt that with the structure of the Rays as an organization, it was World Series or bust!

As we all do, we have to know where we can place blame for things when they go wrong. It can’t just be a stretch of bad luck, someone has to be at fault for this start to the Rays 2014 season.
