ESPN TV personality Bomani Jones joined Booger and Rich to discuss the NBA’s decision against Donald Sterling on Tuesday.

Jones said they did it right by banning Sterling for life but he’s not sure how they’re going to get the team away from him. The money will continue to roll in. Sterling has already been neutered a bit as an owner. Jones expects a lawsuit to come quickly from Sterling.

Jones thinks that this should’ve probably been addressed when other allegations came out against Sterling. They seemed to completely ignore it.

Marc Cuban said that banning an owner is a slippery slope and Jones said he’s right. This is very dangerous because no one wants a brave new world where a mistress and a girlfriend can ruin your life.
