(AUDIO) Stamkos Will Get Lightning to Second Round

Zig Fracassi of Sirius XM joined Booger and Rich to discuss the Lightning’s chances as they get set to take on the Canadiens in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Fracassi said that Anders Lindback has played great in the last 3 games of the season, but the playoffs are a different animal. The Canadiens have more playoff experience but to Fracassi that doesn’t necessarily give them the edge.

Fracassi told Booger and Rich that Jon Cooper has the coaching edge in this series, especially when you consider what he was able to do while Steven Stamkos was out with a broken leg. Fracassi also that he thinks a healthy Stamkos will help lead the Lightning past Montreal in the first round.

If you’re looking for one player to be a difference maker in this series, Fracassi says look no further than Ryan Callahan. He said it’s clear at this point that the Lightning won that trade.
