Ben Bishop To Miss Rest Of Regular Season, Might Be Back For The Start Of The Playoffs

According to multiple sources, Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Ben Bishop’s MRI did not reveal any structural damage, but the team has ruled Bishop out for the remainder of the regular season.

Lightning head coach Jon Cooper has not ruled out Bishop, who was injured in last night’s 3-0 win over Toronto, to return during the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Anders Lindback will be the starting goaltender for the remainder of the regular season. The Lightning recalled Kristers Gudlevskis from Syracuse of the AHL to back up Lindback.
