(AUDIO) Coach Taggart Previews The Spring Game

Willie Taggart joined Fan Interference to talk about his team this year in the spring and how they have grown in the off season. Taggart said that the QB position has gotten a much better grasp of the offense this year with Mike White and Steven Bench both having a year under their belt to learn the offense and get comfortable with the receivers.

Another thing that Taggart has seen improve is the fitness of the team. The offensive line specifically has shown a big improvement in their strength this off season. Taggart says that the line now looks like a legitimate group of division one lineman which will help the offense with the kind of power run offense that Taggart prefers to run.

Taggart finally discussed the move of the spring game to the on campus Corbett Stadium this year, and not Raymond James stadium as USF has traditionally. The team hopes that being on campus will bring out more of the student body for the game this Saturday at 4:00

Coverage of the spring game begins on 98.7 The Fan at 3:30
