Arrest Made In Indiana Man’s Death

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — A 21-year-old man is accused of fatally shooting a man from Indiana.

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s officials arrested Jayvon Daymoir Avery on first-degree murder charges. He remains in jail without bail.

Officials say Avery shot 24-year-old Kyle Lutes of Terre Haute, Ind.

The Palm Beach Post ( ) repots Lute’s decomposing body was found Feb. 8 by a man walking his dog near The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens.

Avery served eight months in jail following an arrest in 2007 on robbery charges.
