(AUDIO) Coach Taggart Loves Bringing In Winners

On national signing day, Fan Interference were joined by Coach Willie Taggart who talked about how USF did and how this process of building his class this season came about.

Coach Taggart says that he looked for guys who come from winning programs that put an emphasis on winning who want to come in and take the jobs from guys who are already on campus. Coach Taggart believes that in order to keep those freshman off the field, that they have to continue to work on improving the guys who are already on campus.

Coach Taggart has to go through a big transition from his offense from the prior offensive philosophy and said that he expects a big leap from the offense of last year.  One of the issues that he said was a problem was that some of the keys guys that contributed on offense were not even there in the spring so they were forced to learn on the job.
