BRADENTON, Fla (CBS Tampa) – A male driver wearing “female underwear” was arrested for driving with a suspended license, reports The Smoking Gun.

A Manatee County deputy pulled over 48-year-old Guy Wable Friday night after noticing several lights out on the 1991 Buick he was driving.

The police report says that upon approaching the vehicle the deputy noticed Wable “was not wearing any pants and was wearing female underwear.”

While driving pantsless is not itself a crime in Florida, Wable was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license…and it was his third offense.

The deputy’s arrest report says Wable volunteered that he knew his license was suspended but  he drove anyway “because he had to get something” from Lowe’s.

Wable was taken into custody and later freed on $750 bond pending a Feb. 14th court appearance.
