ORLANDO (CBS Tampa) – A man pretending to be a police officer was taken into custody by the real authorities after exposing his posterior to a server at an area pancake house.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, a suspect identified as 55-year-old Matt Skytta tried to get a free meal at an International House of Pancakes by showing the staff a fake insignia patch of the Orlando Police Department.

Employees working during the Friday morning incident informed the man that police officers pay for their meals, and that he would be expected to do the same before asking Skytta to leave.

Instead of exiting the premises, however, the man threatened to harm one employee, and stated, “I’m not going anywhere until you feed me.”

At that point, the server went to call 911. As he dialed, Skytta called out to the server to get his attention – then exposed his rear end to workers once he had it.

Soon after, real police officers arrived to find Skytta in the same booth. When they tried to remove him forcefully, he continued to protest verbally.

“I’m a Green Beret!” he shouted, according to the paper. “If I die, Obama dies!”

Skytta now faces multiple charges, including impersonating a law-enforcement officer, trespassing and disorderly conduct.
