(AUDIO) Scott Reynolds from Pewter Report Says Chris Ballard and Lovie Smith Would Work Well Together as GM and Coach

Scott Reynolds from Pewter Report joined Booger and Rich to talk about the hire of Lovie Smith and the future of the Bucs franchise going forward.

The Buccaneers have released several assistants and Reynolds said that’s very common when a new head coach comes in. He said he also likes the hire of Jeff Tedford.

Rod Marinelli is the first choice as defensive coordinator Reynolds said.

Chris Ballard has emerged as a favorite for the GM job. Reynolds said he was a hot scout for the Bears for years and is a young up and comer. Reynolds said he’ll likely come at a cheaper price for a GM similar to Mark Dominik. Both worked well in Chicago and Reynolds said that he will be a good edition as GM of the Bucs.
