Former Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher joined Booger and Rich to talk about what it was like to play under Lovie Smith in Chicago.

Urlacher said that this is a great hire for the Bucs. He said Tampa Bay is lucky to have a coach like Lovie Smith.

Urlacher said that fans can expect Lovie Smith to bring stability to the organization. The team will be disciplined and mistake free on all 3 sides of the ball.

The team better get ready to work according to Urlacher. The practices are hard but he said that Lovie Smith does it for a reason.

A player to watch out for next season is Lavonte David. Urlacher says that if he listens to Lovie Smith, he could be Derrick Brooks like.
