Roy Cummings from the Tampa Tribune joined us to talk about the breaking news regarding the firings of Greg Schiano and Mark Dominik.  Roy said that the Glazers did not see a return on their investments of free agent signings and coaches salaries to warrant keeping them around.

Roy talked about how not making the playoffs with the roster that was constructed as the main factor for both Schiano and Dominik being let go. For Dominik, the failure of Josh Freeman ultimately was the undoing of Mark Dominik along with the inability to lure Chip Kelly to Tampa Bay. With Schiano, his own inability at QB with Glennon to perform this year leading to his dismissal.

Roy and the guys also speculated on who maybe the next in line and the possibility of Rich McKay.
