(AUDIO) National Title Game In 2017 A Huge Boost For Tampa Bay

Kristi Dosh 12/18/13

Sports Business Journalist Kristi Dosh joined Marc Ryan tonight to talk about the 2017 college football national title game coming to Tampa, and what it can mean for the community.

Living in Jacksonville, Kristi was a little tired of Tampa Bay about all the events that Jacksonville keeps trying to get before Tampa is ultimately awarded it.

Kristi spoke of the immediate economic impact that will be felt in the area by having this game at Ray Jay.  Some things that will dictate how much of a success it will be economically is if 2 teams from out of the state make the title game.  If teams and fans have to travel, it will add a massive bump to the estimated 250-300 million dollars that will be put into the area.
