St. Petersburg, FL (CBS Tampa Bay) – St. Petersburg will elect a new mayor today.

A myriad of questions have defined the campaign for both incumbent Bill Foster and challenger Rick Kriseman.

A final resolution for the pier, the future of the Tampa Bay Rays and growth – how does the city keep up it’s momentum interns of growth? Is a change in leadership needed in the city?

Foster claims success in dealing with homelessness, crime and stimulating growth. Meanwhile Kriseman points to a lack of resolution in the city’s troubled relationship with the Rays as a lack of vision and leadership by Foster.

One thing is for sure, citizens will make their voice heard today.
