Former Executive Vice President for Football Operations for the Washington Redskins Vinny Cerrato joined Booger and Rich to talk about the comparisons between the 2012 Chiefs and the 2013 Buccaneers.
Cerrato said he thinks the Chiefs had more talent than the Bucs do now but they needed a culture change and Andy Reid brought that to them. Cerrato said the same thing needs to happen in Tampa Bay with Greg Schiano.
Cerrato said that there needs to be a complete overhaul at One Buc including getting rid of both Greg Schiano and Mark Dominik. Once that happens, Cerrato says that the new regime can determine whether or not Mike Glennon can be the future QB of the organization.
For the remainder of the season, Cerrato said the tape on Glennon will be key. However, he said the Bucs are drafting too high for the team not to take a QB in the first round.
Cerrato thinks the Bucs needs to bring in a big name guy like Andy Reid with a new GM to build a new culture in Tampa Bay. He says a big name coach can bring in his own people to make that happen.
