Scott Reynolds from Pewter Report joins Booger and Rich every Monday at 4:20pm to break down Buccaneers game and take you inside One Buc Place. Reynolds wrote an article on PewterReport.com saying that it’s time to fire Greg Schiano. He explained his reasoning to Booger and Rich.

Reynolds said he’s 7-14 in his career with the Bucs and are 1-10 in their last 11 games. Reynolds said that Raheem Morris could win 10 games with hardly any talent and Greg Schiano can’t win a game with all this talent. Reynolds said simply the Bucs are being outcoached and it’s time to fire Greg Schiano.

Reynolds said despite the fact that Schiano should be fired, he doesn’t think the organization will make a move midseason. Reynolds said that the Bucs do have some in-house candidates that could take Schiano’s spot in the interim if the Glazers decide to fire him.

The NFLPA is investigating Greg Schiano as the leak at One Buc and Reynolds says he’s not sure if he’s the leak but did say Schiano has his hands all over the organization. He said Schiano may not have the smoking gun but he may have been the one who “ordered the hit.”

With another MRSA outbreak at One Buc Reynolds said that there are players who are distracted and it only takes one guy to be distracted to affect the whole team.
