(AUDIO) College Football Insider Pat Forde: Haha Clinton-Dix May Have Received Money from an Agent

College Football Insider from Yahoo! Sports Pat Forde joins Booger and Rich every Thursday. Today Steve White filled in for Booger and Forde broke down the latest happenings in college football.

Forde said that Lane Kiffin’s recent termination was done because of his poor coaching on the field. Forde says it should’ve been done last season.

The Air Force Navy game was nearly cancelled because of the government shutdown. Forde said that fans would’ve been very angry if the shutdown would’ve stopped this game from happening. These games are precious to the players because it’s rare for these cadets to make it to the pros.

Alabama’s star defensive player Haha Clinton-Dix was suspended and Forde says that it looks like Clinton-Dix was likely paid by an agent. Forde said that if he’s out for the season, that could cost Alabama a national championship.
