Jacksonville Jaguars Offer Fans Free Beer To Buy Tickets

Jacksonville, Fla. (CBS TAMPA) — The winless Jacksonville Jaguars have released their own strategy to increase ticket attendance to this week’s game and prevent a blackout: free beer.

The NFL club is entering its fourth week against the Indianapolis Colts, and in an effort to draw fans to EverBank field they have taken to Twitter to announce: “2 free drinks for next 2 hrs” with a ticket to this Sunday’s game.

Using the Twitter hashtag “DrinksOnUs,” Jaguars fans and morning tailgaters may have the incentive to see the team who has dropped their last three games against The Kansas City Chiefs, Oakland Raiders and the Seattle Seahawks.

One ticket of $45 or more offered two free beers to see the team face off against the Indianapolis Colts, who are coming off an away-game victory against the San Francisco 49ers.

According to Bleacherreport, the Jaguars are averaging 178.3 passing yards (29th in the NFL) and 52 yards (30th in the NFL) in their first few games of this season.
