(AUDIO) The Bucs Have A Quiet Confidence

Ira Kaufman 9/6/13

Ira Kaufman from the Tampa Tribune joined Mark Cook to talk about the Bucs heading into the season opener Sunday against the Jets.

Ira says that after the last few years of picking this team to be 6-10 and 7-9, Ira says that he feels “bedazzled” by the talent that Tampa Bay has this season.

One of the things he picked up from watching the preseason was that the only goal of the preseason was that the team keep everyone healthy to prepare for the regular season.

Ira also spoke to Mark about the decision by the team that Josh Freeman was not named one of the team captains, and Ira said that Davin Joseph being named one of the team captains on offense shows just how much of a leader that Joseph is, more then Freeman not being a true leader of the team.
