Should the Bucs Play Revis in the Preseason?

The Buccaneers have an interesting decision that they are trying to make. Do you play Darelle Revis in the preseason or do you sit and wait and not know if he’s ready for Week 1? I think they are damned if they do or if they don’t. But if I were them I wouldn’t play him until he’s ready and for their sakes it better be Week 1.

Revis hurt his knee September 23, RG3 hurt his knee in January. Can you imagine how the Bucs fans would feel if you see RG3 on September 8th and not Revis? Can you imagine how Mark Dominik and the Glazers would feel? Publicly they would say the right thing but privately they would have to be pulling their hair out.

Revis is a corner that when healthy is the best in football and that’s why you paid him what amounts to 16 million a year, 1 million a game, or 250k a quarter. Whenever you decide to play him you better damn well make sure he’s healthy, that’s all I know.
