(AUDIO) Chef Brian Duffy from Bar Rescue Gives You a Great Tailgate Recipe for Ribs

Chef Brian Duffy

Chef Brian Duffy from the hit TV series Bar Rescue joined Booger and Rich to prepare NFL fans for the upcoming tailgating season and to talk some sports.

Chef Duffy told Booger and Rich that growing up in Philadelphia he had to root for the Eagles and Flyers and said that he would take Nick Foles over Michael Vick.

Rich asked Chef Duffy what makes a great sports bar and Brian said that it’s all about the ambiance, including people who like bartenders who make it fun. Chef Duffy also said that his hometown of Philadelphia has some of the best sports bars in the whole country.

Booger asked Chef Duffy what his favorite ribs recipe was and he said the key is preparation. Make sure before you tailgate you marinade them in sauce and spices and bake them beforehand, refrigerate and grill them the next day. The key is to wrap them when you put them into the refrigerator.
