(AUDIO) Former Criminal Defense Attorney Joe Casale Says the Evidence Against Aaron Hernandez is Chilling

Joe Casale

Former criminal defense attorney Joe Casale broke down Aaron Hernandez’s arraignment from a legal stand point with Booger and Rich.

Casale said that the prosecution laid out the evidence because they didn’t want bail granted to Hernandez. He also said that it is chilling to think that they tracked Hernandez by his cell phone and used it as evidence against him.

Casale also said that the police staged the arrest scene in order to influence a potential jury pool. He said that the scene makes it seem like Hernandez is a murderer and not a football star.

As a defense attorney, Casale said that Hernandez’s defense plead not guilty so they can look over the evidence to build a better case for his innocence.
