Join WQYK for some family fun capped off at 9 p.m. with a fireworks display set to country music. Don’t forget to visit the KidZone . This holiday celebration includes something for everyone, with a variety of patriotic music and other entertainment acts, as well as food and drink vendors. Radio Station Q105 will be one of the media sponsors and will be there during the event. Kids can enjoy the children’s carnival area, arts and crafts booths and face painting activities. A concert featuring a performance by the Mostly Pops Orchestra with John and Mary K Wilson, is scheduled from 7 – 9:30 p.m., followed by fireworks.

Another large-scale can’t-miss fireworks show. Lve music, entertainment, and the best fireworks display in Tampa kicking off at 9 p.m. right on the water. The best place to see the fireworks is from the wharf, but be warned, it’s limited to the first 3,500 people. Wristbands will be given out for access at the Garrison Street Gate at 7:00 pm. Only persons with wristbands will be allowed on the wharf. Parking is conveniently located right across street from Channelside, and you can take your parking slip to any business in the complex for validation and discounts.

(Rain date will be Friday, July 5th at 9pm).

Grab the blanket and picnic basket and arrive before dusk to get a great spot for viewing the display, which is set off over the gulf. Swimming is allowed, however, there are no lifeguards on duty and sending the kids out into the water after dark is not advised. Beach Access Park has 235 parking spaces, so come early to take advantage. Want to grab a bite to eat while watching the sunset and fireworks? Try Bongos Beachside Bistro at 5250 Gulf Boulevard on St. Pete Beach.

The City will be hosting a free fireworks display on Thursday, July 4 at Waterfront  Park. The fireworks will be launched from a barge in Miller’s Bayou. Waterfront Park has play grounds for the kids, restrooms, picnic tables and is one of the best spots in the City to view the fireworks. Admission is FREE.

As part of the Suncoast Offshore Festival, this pyrotechnics show is visible anywhere from downtown Sarasota, which includes Bayfront Park and Island Park. The extravaganza will all originate from a boat anchored in Sarasota Bay. Although the event is privately funded and charity-focused, organizations such as The Selby Preschool and Community Haven accept cash donations or books, diapers, toys and wipes for children up to age 8. Donation drop points will be located at Island Park, Marina Jack’s and the Municipal Auditorium. There are also Fireworks at Siesta Key and Venice Beach
