(AUDIO) CBS WebExtra: St. Pete Mayoral Candidate Rick Kriseman Opposes The Lens, Proposes New Solution

CBS WebExtra: St. Petersburg mayoral candidate Rick Kriseman, a former State Representative and City Councilmember, today announced his opposition to the proposed Lens pier design that would replace the now-closed St. Petersburg Pier.

At a morning press conference at the St. Petersburg Museum of History, Kriseman called for the current approach to the pier to remain open to pedestrians and said his administration would take a new approach to public input and seeking new locally-sourced proposals.
